Goat

Goat has not been a big item in the U.S. - but that is changing, particularly in California where there are large Latino and Near Eastern populations. Herds are being expanded rapidly to serve these communities and to produce milk for artisanal cheese makers.

When we have to pull out of Iraq and Afghanistan and all the "friendlies" move to Los Angeles, we're going to need a lot more goat and lamb.
