Useful not only for Meat but for grinding other foods as well. There are many makes and models to chose from, depending on your needs: powered, mixer attachments, or hand cranked. The photo example is the one I use with my KitchenAid stand mixer. It cost about 2021 US $39.
Aside from grinding, these devices are usually outfitted with accessories for stuffing sausages, but J. Kenji Lopez-Alt recommends against that, saying the screw feeder is too slow and will warm up the sausage meat too much. He recommends using a specialized pressure Sausage Stuffer.
