Music: This month we featured music by Earnest Bloch, a Swiss born American composer of Jewish extraction - a relatively obscure composer who very much deserves more exposure. This highly successful gathering was held at the Northridge location.
Food Notes: A diverse selection of food was served, much of it cooked at the event and mostly of Jewish and Swiss origin in honor of Earnest Bloch. We have a link to the recipe for the Swiss Beef Soup/Stew served at the event.
