Yogurt Mint Sauce / Dip

A simple but quite effective sauce or dip, often used with fried, roasted, and grilled meats. The quality of Yogurt and Sour Cream is important.

Mint, fresh
Onion, red
Yogurt, plain (1)  
Sour Cream  
Dijon Mustard
Lemon Juice
Tabasco Sauce
Salt
Pepper

Make   -   (20 min)
  1. Chop MINT fine. Measure is after chopping, lightly packed.
  2. Chop RED ONION fine.
  3. Whisk together Yogurt, Sour Cream, and Mustard.
  4. Stir in Red Onion, Lemon Juice, and Tabasco.
  5. Season with Salt and Pepper
  6. Fold in Mint.
  7. Packed in a tightly sealed jar and refrigerated, it will last for several days.
NOTES:
  1. Yogurt

      This should be plain whole milk yogurt.
