Our recipes are, as are almost all recipes, derived from the work of others. We don't directly credit sources on the recipe page because we've almost always rewritten, restepped and made adjustments the source author might not agree with. On the other hand, we want to maintain traceability both for ourselves and for readers who might wish to refer back to the source. At the bottom of each recipe is a source code and if from a book a page number.
