Ridiculously simple, but very tasty. Use as a topping for Ramen Soup, Rice, Noodles, or whatever else need enhancing. Makes 2 cups / 10 oz.

Beef Ground  
Ginger Root
Onion
Oil
Salt
Soy Sauce

Prep   -   (15 min)
  1. Give the Beef a good chopping to make sure it doesn't clump.
  2. Slice GINGER very thin, cut slices into threads, and chop threads fine. Chop ONION very fine. Mix.
Run   -   (15 min)
  1. In a spacious skillet, heat Oil over high flame. Stir in Beef and Salt. Fry stirring, breaking up all lumps, until it is nicely browned.
  2. Stir in Ginger mix and fry stirring 2 minutes more.
  3. Stir in Soy Sauce and take off the heat. Fry stirring for another minute.
  4. Serve warm as a topping.
