This dipping sauce for spring rolls is sweet/sour, very tasty and with as much chili bite as you want. See Spring Roll Sauce #2 for a Vietnamese style dip.

Fish Sauce
Chili Powder (1)
  1. Mix All Ingredients
  2. Let it rest 20 minutes or so before using. Packed in a small tightly covered jar this will keep a month or so in the refrigerator.
NOTES:
  1. Chili Powder: I use Reshempatti which is fairly hot. but in this quantity gives a chili bite that's fairly mild. Select a powder that gives you the heat you want. For more information see my Chili Page.
