Pasta Shells & Tuna Salad

This salad is easy to make - and excellent for buffet service as it is quite durable. It can even be made the day ahead. See also Comments.

Pasta Shells (1)  
Olive Oil ExtV
Can Tuna
-- Dressing
Onion
Celery
Cilantro
Mayonnaise
Dijon Mustard
Lime Juice

DoAhead   -   (30 min   + cooling time)
  1. Boil PASTA in lightly salted water until "al-dente". Drain and tumble with Olive Oil to coat. Set aside to cool. You can do the rest of the work while it's cooling, or the next day.
Make   -   (25 min)
  1. Open TUNA and drain. Break up into small pieces.
  2. Chop ONION fine. Chop CELERY fine. Chop CILANTRO small. Mix all.
  3. Mix Pasta and Tuna until evenly distributed.
  4. Mix together all Dressing items, then tumble with the Pasta mix until well coated.
  5. Refrigerate and serve cold.
NOTES:
  1. Pasta Shells:

      Of course, other pasta shapes could also be used.
  2. Comments:

      Other ingredients that can be added are Corn Kernels, Frozen Green Peas, Worchestershire sauce, any one or any combination.
  3. U.S. measure: t=teaspoon, T=Tablespoon, c=cup, qt=quart, oz=ounce, #=pound, cl=clove in=inch, ar=as required tt=to taste
