A quick salsa, dip, or dressing popular in Guatemala. It can be made smooth or chunky depending on intended use. This one is a little on the hot side.

Thai Chilis
Onion
Lime Juice (1)
Water
Olive Oil ExtV  
Salt

Make   -   (10 min)
  1. Chop ONION medium. Cap CHILIS and chop coarse. Squeeze LIME JUICE.
  2. Place All Items in a Blender or Mixie. Run to the consistency you want, coarse to smooth. For more chunky chop Chilis and Onion fairly fine, then just mix.
  3. Refrigerated, this sauce will keep a week or so.
NOTES:
  1. Lime Juice:

      Alternatively, you can use White Vinegar. If you do, increase the Water to 3 Tablespoons. This sauce will last longer than a week if using Vinegar instead of Lime Juice.
  2. Options:

      You can add Cilantro, Parsley, or other herbs of your choice to the mix.
  3. U.S. measure: t=teaspoon, T=Tablespoon, c=cup, qt=quart, oz=ounce, #=pound, cl=clove in=inch, ar=as required tt=to taste
