Held at the La Crescenta location this gathering departed somewhat from
the Bach's Birghday Month tradition. While some pieces by J.S. Bach were
featured, it was not an all Bach event. The remainder of the evening was
thrown open for what people wanted to share. We started with Saint-Saens
and ended with Steeleye Span, with Peter Maxwell Davies (Mavis in Las
Vegas), Randall Thompson and Eric Satie in between The event was well
attended and there was plenty of food, including a
Chicken curry,
Celery à la
Grecque and
Dong'an Chicken.
