Cumin Seeds
Fennel Seeds
Cinnamon
-- Powdered
Turmeric
Garlic Powder
Ginger Powder

Royco® is also made in a Chicken version (just substitute Chicken Powder for the Beef Powder). For a Vegetarian version, just omit the Beef Bouillon Powder, perhaps add some Vegeta.

Make   -   (15 min)
  1. Grind all Grind items together to a fine powder in your spice grinder (see Note-2).
  2. Mix All items together well.
  3. Well sealed in a Spice Jar away from heat and direct sunlight it will be usable for at least 6 months.
NOTES:
  1. Beef Bouillon Powder:

I have a jar of "Knorr Beef Flavor Bouillon" powder on hand, and it works well, but if you haven't that on hand, you can crush an equivalent amount of Beef Bouillon Cubes. For details see our Beef Bouillon Powder page. For other versions see our Chicken Powder and Vegeta pages.
  2. Spice Grinder

A little whirling blade coffee grinder is excellent for this job - mine is a Krups. Of course you can also do it the traditional way, pounding it in a big stone mortar.
  3. U.S. measure: t=teaspoon, T=Tablespoon, c=cup, qt=quart, oz=ounce, #=pound, cl=clove in=inch, ar=as required tt=to taste
